Real life Free Hugs events in towns and cities across South Wales.
A year ago, as I walked down the highstreet of Glastonbury, 2 people helf signed ‘free hugs’ I wheeled over and open my arms. They ran towards me, flung their arms open and gave me a big hug.
My friend, wanted a piece of this kindness and embraced the two. As we walked away, we noticed how we felt, the both of us had a rush of happiness, mood boost and wearing big smiles.
I knew I had to bring this home to my local towns. I put a shout out on facebook, and three amazing friends , ‘chief hugsters’, now attend LLanelli, Swansea and Carmarthen towns regularly.
